462 HP Volvo 360 vs. Swedish Time Attack
Despite a long production run between 1976 and 1991, the Volvo 300 series cars are rare birds in the US. As such, very few Americans are even aware of their existence, and even fewer are actually excited about the things. That might change soon, thanks to these awesome track beasts from Akeson Racing!
Built to take on a number of Swedish time trial events, the cars have been lightened, stiffened, and turbocharged to make the most of what was, apparently, the solid racing platform offered by the compact Volvo 300 series cars. The result is a 462 HP winged monster is sure to strike into the hearts of BMWs and Audis all across the race tracks of Europe Sweden.
